Because it sits inside KDays, this is not just a closed competition hall. There is real public traffic around it.
We already know the fixed part: the team fee is 2,000 CAD. Flights, accommodation, and the full trip sit on top of that.
If someone backs the trip, it is easy to see what they are helping cover, when we travel, and how we will tell the story afterwards.
We are not starting this from zero.
The Canada Rockies Premier Event fits naturally with the team we already have: seasons of work behind us, public outreach, sponsors who stayed with us, and a team that can actually show what it has built.
The workshops, presentations, demos, and community work are already there. The Canada Rockies Premier Event continues that story instead of inventing a new one.

We keep the total visible and update it manually. The estimated total budget is ~166,000 RON for 15 people — 13 members and 2 mentors.

You can donate directly, sponsor part of the budget, or write to us about Form 230 / D177. The public form stays on coming soon for now, but email is fully open.

If you can cover part of the costs as a sponsor, write to us directly and we will quickly tell you what would help and how we can work together.
Redirect 3.5% of your income tax to the association. You pay nothing extra, and we can send you the exact steps by email.
